Build a post-discharge medicine reminder and health follow-Up voice assistant which helps to take care after discharge from hospital and give medicine reminder automatically or manually. Also ask 14 healthcare questions and save data in the database. If emergency escalate doctor will be noticed via notification.
Developed a decentralized voting system ensuring tamper-proof vote recording. Implemented candidate registration and vote counting logic using smart contracts. Deployed and tested contracts using Remix IDE.
